2. Pampering
Women spend more time taking care of other people than they do themselves – it’s just a fact of life. They’re daughters, mothers, sisters and wives who put others first and deserve some time devoted to their own pampering. There is something about sitting in a big, comfy massage chair, soaking your feet in warm, scented water while reading a favorite book, napping or chatting with a friendly nail technician.

So while women are often busy taking care of life’s craziness, they can often put things like confidence on the back burner.
